Been witness to two classes of crowds lately. It used to be the crowds at Global Trust Bank ATMs trying to get their money out. Today people throng BSNL CellOne centres to get their prepaid connections.
And man, they do get noisy.

It is surprising how much of a Windows shock one feels when one moves from a very Unixy environment to a very Windows based one.
Initially it is too much to bear. But after you get a new 2.8 GHz, 1 GB RAM box, and move from Outlook and IE to Thunderbird and Firefox, life starts to sing again. You should probably read Bhasker rave about firefox.
